We had a massively successful day today at the Finals of the South Dublin League to round off a wonderful hockey season. The Junior 2s scored a last minute equaliser to send their match to a shootout but unfortunately it was Foxrock that took the title. The Minor 2s put in the performance of the season to beat Dalkey 3-0, playing some beautiful attacking hockey. The Senior 2s were next up, again playing Dalkey and after a very even first half the team showed their quality to take home the title with a 2-0 win. Finally, the Junior 3s beat a strong Rathdown on a shootout after a brilliant performance where they played some of their best hockey this year. Hard luck to the Senior 3s who lost out to Dalkey in their final on Wednesday. We are so proud of all our hockey teams and it was brilliant for so many players to be able to finish the season on a high.
