Wellbeing

Wellbeing in Holy Child Killiney for Parents

Holy Child Killiney, as reflected in our mission statement, includes many learning opportunities to enhance the physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of students in an open and trusting atmosphere.

According to the Wellbeing Guidelines for Junior Cycle (NCCA), wellbeing is present when students realise their abilities, take care of their physical wellbeing, can cope with the normal stresses of life, and have a sense of purpose and belonging to a wider community. HCK endeavours to incorporate a whole school approach, engaged with and facilitated by students, staff, parents and guardians.

Should you have concerns about a student’s wellbeing in HCK, please find below a list of people who you can contact regarding your daughter.
