The Extra-Curricular staff have designed a fitness training program for students and staff to help them stay physically and mentally fit during this online return to school. The PDF "Lockdown Fitness Club " has been emailed to all students and staff today.
The range of exercise programs will be tracked on Strava and cater for all levels of fitness . The added bonus is that completion of the programs earn points for your Houses ! So stay active and stay safe.
