Each and every entry to this competition is worthy of a prize. The 18 entries reveal not only creativity, but thoughtful personal responses showing appreciation of the subject matter. There was such a variety of talent and sharing displayed, using high technology and simple at hand objects e.g. a flower pot and flowers. This made judging difficult. None the less it was interesting and inspiring to enter into the ideas of the different entries — an enjoyable task. Cornelia Connelly would be loud in her praise of each student’s response.

Over the past few months, we have all become more acquainted with technology and its use for educational purposes. This new paradigm inspired me to create www.corneliancharacteristics.com. The aim of this website is to share the values that Holy Child students receive through their Cornelian education and highlight the importance of these Cornelian characteristics in our lives. The website has been built to be responsive to all device types (desktop PC, laptop, mobile and tablet); however, it is best viewed on a laptop or PC. I worked on building the website over a number of weeks using a web development software and I purchased the domain name corneliancharacteristics.com. I hope you enjoy!
